I usually works with the site update at night. And there are times that I want to have a fresh cold drink instantly without having to walk down the stair and onto the kitchen. Samsung has just presented YP-U3, its latest digital audio player device. Nothing special from this portable player though. It comes with a built-in FM radio tuner, a 128×64 OLED display, and support for MP3, OGG, and WMA audio formats. Three capacity variants are available: 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB. The biggest one has a black-colored case, while the rest is available in three different flavours: blue, green, and pink.

Sony releases the new firmware (1.80) for its famous gaming console, Playstation 3 (PS3). What’s new in this version? Well, Sony has decided to give DLNA capabilities onto PS3, giving the console full compatibility with NAS or PC in your home network and let’s you access the media stored there. Moreover, firmware 1.80 also adds 1080p24 support for Blu-Ray movies, DVD upscaling, as well as better display for old PS2 games.

“iNAVI ES” is the new 7-inch DMB Navigation from ThinkWare. Recently presented in Korea market, the GPS device offers a PIP (Picture-in-Picture) functionality, TPEG real-time traffic information support, built-in GPS antenna, photo viewer, and media playback (MP3/video). It is pre-loaded with iNAVI maps data and comes with two AV-in inputs which allows the device to be connected with two different multimedia devices, such as rear camera and PMP at the same time. The retail package includes a remote control as well.
